Paul Haines started his career in the Gift Business in 1991 when he established BULLION BOX to buy and sell a range of gift products which he sold directly to retail. Within 3 years, his business started to specialise in bespoke products (predominantly Plush Products) for his growing retail customer base. This naturally led to a radical change in the way BULLION BOX conducted its business, and soon all bespoke products were managed through a separate company called ALL CREATURES DESIGNS.

Over the following years, Paul made it his business to develop his skills in design, manufacturing techniques and logistics, and to focus on product quality & safety.

 

Strong trusting relationships with factory owners and management teams followed, and before long these manufacturers were working with Paul to build more robust and efficient manufacturing techniques and processes which are still used today. The Suppliers’ Manual [created many years ago & maintained by Paul ] remains the foundation of practice for today’s established and new suppliers to Moses Frank.

Building & maintaining solid working relationships has always been at the forefront for Paul, together with a transparent approach to business.
